The AOOSTAR GT37 is a mini PC with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, OcuLink and USB4 ports, two 2.5 GbE LAN ports, support for up to three 4K displays, and support for WiFi 7.
First introduced last year as the AOOSTAR GEM10 370, the computer is designed to pack a lot of performance into a compact package and it’s now available for purchase from Amazon, AliExpress, or the AOOSTAR website. At the moment Amazon has the best pricing, with a model sporting 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD selling for $829 when you clip the on-page coupon.
For that price you get a 112 x 112 x 60mm (4.4″ x 4.4″ x 2.4″) computer with a metal case, two cooling fans, and a processor that combines 12 CPU cores (4 Zen 5 + 8 Zen 5c) with Radeon 890M integrated graphics featuring 16 RDNA 3.5 GPU compute units.
Memory is soldered to the mainboard, so it’s not user upgradeable. But with 32GB of LPDDR5x-8000 RAM, at least the computer comes with a decent amount of speedy and energy-efficient memory.
The system has two M.2 2280 slots for user-replaceable PCIe 4.0 SSDs and the aforementioned OCuLink port, which allows for external 64 Gbps PCIe 4.0 connections that let you connect an external graphics dock or other high-speed accessories.
Here’s a run-down of all the AOOSTAR GT37’s ports:
- 1 x OCuLink
- 1 x USB4
- 4 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A
- 1 x HDMI
- 1 x DisplayPort
- 2 x 2.5 GbE Ethernet
- 1 x 3.5mm audio
- 1 x DC power input
The product listings are a little vague on a few points. For example it’s not confirmed that the USB4 port supports 40 Gbps speeds, but given the computer’s other specs and price tag, I’d be surprised if it didn’t.
