The ZX06 mini PC is a compact desktop computer that measures 87 x 87 x 39mm (3.4″ x 3.4″ x 1.5″) and features an Intel N150 quad-core processor based on Intel’s low-cost, low-power “Twin Lake” architecture.

Available now from several different AliExpress storefronts, the little computer has 12GB of LPDDR5-4800 onboard memory and support for up to a 1TB SSD. Prices start at about $129 for barebones models that ship without any storage or operating system, but Windows 11 models with 256GB of storage start at just $140.

While there’s no shortage of mini PCs with Intel Twin Lake chips these days, this model is a little unusual due to its relatively compact size combined with a versatile set of ports that includes:

  • 2 x Gigabit Ethernet
  • 2 x HDMI
  • 1 x DisplayPort
  • 3 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A
  • 1 x 3.5mm audio
  • 1 x USB Type-C (12V/3A power input)

While there aren’t a lot of details about the capabilities of the three video outputs on the ZX06, product descriptions say the system should be able to handle up to three 4K displays, which could make it a solution for digital signage or other multi-display setups.

With a 6-watt Intel N150 quad-core processor inside, the computer should be able to handle basic computing tasks, but you’ll probably want something more powerful for more demanding tasks like gaming, video editing, or heavy duty multitasking.

The system’s 12GB of LPDDR5-4800 memory is soldered to the mainboard and cannot be upgraded, but the computer has an M.2 2242 slot with support for a user-replaceable PCIe 3.0 x2 NVMe or SATA SSD.

Other features include support for WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1, a metal top cover, and a cooling system that combines a copper heat pipe with a fan for active cooling.
